1. Personal cost refund
We will refund your personal cost of the orthotic if your condition does not improve.
2. Free prescription change
If your results show that you would benefit from a different prescription, we will cover the cost of the replacement orthotic.
3. Free alterations
Changes to your orthotic, such as additional padding, are complimentary.
Caring for Your Sensokinetic Orthotics
To ensure your orthotics stay in top condition:
- Clean them regularly with a damp cloth.
- Avoid excessive sun or heat exposure, such as leaving them in direct sunlight or in a hot car.
- Keep them away from pets.
- Take care when transferring them between different shoes.
The Triple Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The guarantee is valid for 90 days, starting from the day of the fitting at Step 2.
- Both follow-up consultations at Steps 3 and 4 must be completed within the specified timeline.
- Consultation, biomechanical assessment and scanning fees are non-refundable.
